Having successfully managed, mentored, and trained accountants and support staff, as well as
collaborated with attorneys and a wide range of specialists, Rick has built a vast network of professional
contacts across the country.
Alex
Alex has built a successful career in SAS marketing and seamlessly transitioned into the recruitment
sector, where he applies a results-driven approach to serving both clients and candidates. He takes pride
in fostering expertise and a trusted reputation that aligns with industry expectations at CCPFL.
Chris
Chris brings decades of senior executive experience to help Florida clients and candidates achieve their
goals with precision. He excels in aligning talent with opportunity, leveraging a background in CPG,
M&A, and team leadership across start-ups to billion-dollar enterprises.

Ozzie
Ozzie is CCPFL’s very own Nap Time Coordinator. A Zen master in the art of sleeping and hardly moving, Ozzie has honed his skills in finding just the right spot to lay down whenever possible. When not coordinating, Ozzie is always there to welcome a helping hand, particularly if that hand contains a treat.
Maya
Maya is CCPFL’s Director of Security. Maya’s credo is “Semper Paratus”, always ready. Nothing gets by her. Maya is working hard to transition into sales, but she hasn’t yet mastered the golden rule, stop barking and listen to the customer. Still young, we think she’ll get it eventually.
